1. 내가 진정으로 뽑아낼 수 있는 만큼의 풀업 최대 횟수를 측정
2. 최대 횟수의 50~60%의 횟수를 1셋으로 설정. 운동한다.
3. 세트와 세트 간격의 시간은 최소 5분 이상은 충분히 쉬어준다. 30분 1시간 쉬어도 된다.
4. 하루에 수시로 생각날때마다 풀업바를 잡고 운동한다. 즉, 많은갯수를 빠른시간에 조지기보단 1일 총 수행횟수를 늘리는거다.
이거할때 정확한 자세로 천천히 자극받으며 제대로한다면 짧게는 2주, 1달안에 갯수 좀 많이 늘어난다.
난 처음 설정한 갯수를 2주정도는 쭉~ 고정했고, 2주가 지난 어느 하루 날잡아서 테스트해서 최대갯수를 측정,, 그 갯수의 50~60%의 횟수를 1셋으로 다시 재설정.
